By accessing or using DecideIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DecideIQ. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid subscription.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. The Service

DecideIQ provides AI-powered decision analysis tools for informational and educational purposes only.

OUR SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR THERAPEUTIC ADVICE.

You should always consult qualified professionals for important decisions involving health, legal matters, finances, or mental health. DecideIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or recommendation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Submit content that promotes violence, harm, or discrimination
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Use automated means to access the service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Intellectual Property

DecideIQ and its content, features, and functionality are owned by DecideIQ and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your decision data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your input or the personalized analyses generated for you.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

The free tier includes 3 decisions per month. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms and refund policies are governed by the respective app store. Prices may change with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECIDEIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analyses will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
